Mickie James picked up a big win during the Impact Wrestling Victory Road event by defeating Gisele Shaw. Later in the show, Mickie caught up to Mia Yim backstage. That led to Mickie and Mia agreeing to have a match at Impact's signature event Bound For Glory on Friday, October 7th in Albany, New York.
As Mickie has stated recently on Impact Wrestling, she plans to retire if she loses another match, but she also has the goal to become the Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champion again.
